      • To maintain a business relationship with the user. The intended operations for processing are:

These communications will be carried out by the data controller and will be related to their own products and services, or those of their partners or suppliers with whom they have reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.

      • Processing orders, requests, and responding to inquiries or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact forms available on the data controller’s website.

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

    The USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely accept that their data is necessary to fulfill their request by the provider, and the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the data controller are truthful and undertakes to communicate any modifications to them.

    The data controller informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all the data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the provided information and services will be fully tailored to their needs.

    In accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, the data controller is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under their responsibility. They expressly comply with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, which stipulate that personal data must be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and must be adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

    The data controller guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS.
